We worked with Peter as our Buyer's Agent. He was an incredible help through a stressful period of relocation. We moved halfway across the country during a very busy sellers market. Moving from a different state, some parts of the buying process in NJ were different. He walked is through the process every step on the way. Because of the crazy market, we were looking at houses in a wide radius and Peter graciously worked with us to find a home that would be right for our family. He fielded our many questions about moving to the area and suggested quite a few houses that we had not found. He was very professional and everyone he recommended to us was as well. We are very pleased with our home purchase!!!

When we first contemplated selling our home and looking for a new home - to be honest, we were very apprehensive. One of the things we were most apprehensive about was working with a realtor - many of the realtors that we have encountered appeared pushy or dishonest. That's not the case with Peter Williams - he's one of the most honest people you will ever meet. Peter truly wants what is best for his clients. He is very diligent about sending listings every day. Peter will take his clients to as many houses as they need to see until they find the right one - it isn't about closing the deal quickly for his sake - he wants to do right by his clients. One of the best things about Peter is that he has awesome follow-up! He is excellent in terms of making sure that he has all of the necessary pieces to close the sale. Even our lawyer complement Peter and said what a pleasure it was to work with him and how rare it is to find a realtor like him. We would highly recommend Peter Williams to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
